Este trabajo analiza el papel que debe y puede jugar la Educación para la Sostenibilidad en la formación del profesorado de Ciencias. Con este propósito, se estudian las razones que justifican su incorporación en el Máster de Formación del Profesorado, se discuten algunas dificultades que están limitando la efectividad de dicha incorporación y se describen estrategias que ya se están utilizando para contribuir a superar los obstáculos encontrados. Inclusion is a continuous process aimed to promote learning and participation of all students, opposing every kind of exclusion and helping educative contexts to take charge diversity of life contexts, interests, experiences, knowledges and competences of students. 869 studenti del Corso di Laurea Magistrale in Scienze della Formazione Primaria dell’Università degli Studi di Palermo sono stati coinvolti nella progettazione e nella realizzazione di percorsi didattici mirati, rivolti agli alunni “fragili” di 33 scuole palermitane. Complessivamente sono state erogate 60.000 ore in DAD di attività di recupero e di potenziamento dell’apprendimento degli alunni della scuola primaria di Palermo. The efficient teaching and the reflexive one were long recognized as desirable purposes of teachers’ training programs. Several studies demonstrated that simulated experiences inside university paths are suitable means to achieve that aim to have prepared teachers to become efficient and reflexive teachers.
